What are the advantages of booking early?

The biggest advantage is certainly that the offer is attractively priced and you can save money compared to normal on-site prices. But that's not all. You avoid the stress of having to find a suitable parking space on-site and perhaps not finding one. If you have not selected the QR code as your entry medium, you no longer need a parking ticket that you have to keep during your trip. The trip to the payment machine is eliminated, as is the worry of having to have the appropriate cash ready for payment. Pre-booked parking is more convenient and also saves time and money.

Am I reserving a specific parking space?

No, you are only reserving any parking space in the parking garage of your choice. We guarantee that the parking garage has available parking spaces.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice in pdf format as an attachment with the confirmation email. To read the invoice, you need the Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge on the Internet.

What happens if I forget my password when making a reservation?

In this case, you can request an email via the "Forgot password?" function which contains a link to change your password.

What happens if the debit or credit card I selected as an access card is no longer valid at the time of travel?

The access card you have selected must be valid at least until the end of the parking process.

How do I get into the parking lot?

Please insert the access medium you have selected (credit card or debit card) into the ticket dispensing slot at the entrance. Provided that you enter within the booked period, the barrier will recognize your card and open. You can now enter. Please do not forget to remove your credit or debit card.

What do I do if there are problems at the parking barrier?

There is a help button at the entry and exit barriers that connects you to our parking control center. This is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please describe your problem to the employee.

Do I need to take an additional parking ticket at the entrance?

No! You only need the access card you have selected (credit or debit card). Which card you specified when making the reservation is stated in the confirmation email sent to you. If you accidentally took a parking ticket, please exit again with this parking ticket, which is possible free of charge within the grace period of a few minutes. Please enter again with your debit or credit card so that you can be recognized and booked by our system.

What if the parking lot shows "occupied"?

You can still enter with the access card you have selected (credit or debit card). We guarantee that a parking space is available for you, even if the display shows "occupied".

What happens if I want to enter before the booked arrival time?

Depending on the parking garage, there are different grace periods during which your reservation/booking is recognized. Please note that you must enter with the access medium you have selected in any case. If you take a parking ticket at the entrance, an exit using the access medium is not possible.

What happens if I took a parking ticket at the entrance?

You must enter using the access card you specified (debit or credit card) in any case. Otherwise, exit using this access card is not possible. Please note that in this case a parking fee may be due. Therefore, please go to the payment machine with your parking ticket before exiting to be safe.

What happens if I am delayed and cannot meet the booked arrival time?

After your booked entry time, there is a grace period during which your reservation/booking is recognized.

Exit Section

How do I get off the parking lot?

Please insert the same card with which you entered (credit card or debit card) into the ticket reader at the exit. The barrier will open and you can exit. Please do not forget to remove your credit or debit card.

What happens if I exceed the booked parking time?

In this case, the additional parking time will be debited directly at the exit barrier from the credit or debit card in the reader according to the tariff notice (price list) valid for the respective parking lot. Billing is usually done on an hourly basis or, should it be longer, on a daily and hourly basis. You will receive a receipt as proof of this payment transaction directly at the exit barrier.

Do I need to go to the payment machine before exiting?

No, you can save yourself this trip. You can go directly to the exit with your car.

Is it sufficient to use the debit or credit card only at the exit?

No! The system requires entry and exit confirmation using your access card for proper processing of your booked parking transaction.

Can I enter and exit the parking lot multiple times during the booked parking period?

No, the authorization is only valid for entering and leaving the parking lot once.

Is there a refund if I exit earlier than booked?

No, refunds are unfortunately not possible.
